Complied in 1935 by two women who were devout Christians, one of the Catholic faith and one of the Anglican faith, school teachers and long-time friends, this is a book of inspiration to all who use it either on an occasional or daily basis; religious persuasion or not.

Both ladies were leading a life of hardship when they believed they heard the voice if God speaking with them, during their time of prayer and meditation, offering incredible words of hope, restoration, faith and inspiration.

Inspired by a book called For Sinners Only they decided to record the words of the Lord and in doing so have created a devotional that touches the hearts and minds of people worldwide on a daily basis giving solace and encouragement to all.

To this day the ladies have remained anonymous, allowing the words they were given in time of great distress and healing to reach out to all in need, to supply guidance where needed and hope as required, thereby touching the lives of millions of readers.
