This is one seriously fun cookbook designed to appeal to just about every level of cook, from the weekend entertainer to the in from work and hungry brigade.

Callum Hann has selected an easy to prepare and cook style of recipe which will appeal to all from Morning Glories, breakfast dishes of course, to quick desserts to satisfy that sweet craving that simply won’t go away , anti-garden salads for those wanting something that has absolutely no relation to lettuce and so much more. Bon Appetite!

Beginning with a comprehensive introduction on tips to becoming a Better Cook, something we can all use, to entertaining at home, writing up your own’ how to’ recipe and also, when the kitchen gets to much, how to have a great restaurant experience, which is most enlightening.

This is a joyful read on a whole lot of aspects of preparing, eating and enjoying simple food, prepared well.

Once the reading is done and the taste buds start to demand satisfying, take a test drive with Microwaved Chocolate & Peanut Butter Mug Pudding; simple, delicious and oh, so satisfying.

If you want something a little bit less indulgent and healthy try Zucchini, Mint and Fetta salad with Beer & Rosemary Focaccia.

Savoury and Sweet Essentials are at the rear of the book and as they are definately essential to many of the recipes it will pay to check this area out before rattling the pans.  All quick and simple to prepare they are listed with all the recipes they need to flavour as your tastebuds lead you towards becoming inspired once again, or just adventurous in the kitchen.

This is also an excellent book for people just starting out experimenting with food or learning to cook as the recipes, while flavoursome and definitely yummy,  are not complicated to prepare or cook, with some great little tips accompanying each one.

Bon Appetite!
