Ed Bazel’s first album The London Sessions, recorded at the famous Abby Road Studio in London was received to high acclaim. With this subsequent collection of original works, other than a sensitive and emotive rendition of two Beatles songs, The Long and Winding Road and Imagine, he has created a richly coloured tapestry of original compositions to both entertain and relax.

Many of the songs feel like familiar friends, others capture the imagination allowing it to drift into timeless places full of fun and enjoyment, such as the somewhat jaunty Onward – a piece filled with joie de vivre.

Beautifully and sensitive forged, the multilayered sound created by the new Immersive audio style of engineering which allows producers and engineers to delve freely into the intricate and delicate layers of music, offers the unique listening experience of being there, on the seat, in the room while this enchanting, music is being created.

The delicate A Beautiful Life is enhanced with the addition of gentle strings adding a touch of romance to this reflective and enchanting song.

Daybreak begins the album with a tantalizing taste of things to come, imagine concludes this intimate and most enjoyable collection asking for a little time to simply imagine. The London Sessions New Perspectives from Studio 2 is pure delight from beginning to end.
