Bobby and Bubba are two very small British Bulldogs who love each other, their humans and getting into mischief, well at least Bobby likes the mischief while Bubba spends a lot of time just being Bobby, relaxing in his bed and trying to keep Bubba out of trouble, which is not always easy.

Bobby and Bubba’s Small Adventures is a delightful, slightly old fashioned series of stories about these two cute, as only people who love British Bulldogs are concerned, little dogs, their humans, in the form of Alexander and Michela, Grandpa Anthony and Grandma Angela, who sometimes live in London and sometimes live in the country.

They love all their humans and they love both the places they live because each place has some wonderful adventures to be found and sometimes some very naughty mischief to be created, which often lands them in some terrible trouble.

Now, there was the time when both at their grandparents and out for along rambling walk, simply seeing what was happening the world at footpath level, when something most interesting happened. The humans were not too happy this day, but it was not until a thin, ragged creature came past and said, ‘be kind to her mate’, that grandpa stopped, thought about what he had been saying and apologised for not being kind. A small miracle!

But then there was the day when Bobby chased a black cat up a tree which made him very happy, as that same black cat had been tormenting him in his doggy dreams! But there was the day the met up with a rather nasty snake in the country house orchard. They were both very upset when Andrea began running around madly yelling and screaming: the snake suddenly disappeared. They really thought they had lost a possible new friend!

Funny, quirky and delightfully rich in the telling of life through the eyes of these rambunctious little dogs, each story concludes with a few wise words of wisdom about the many things learned as they charged through life.

Parents and Grandparents alike will enjoy reading these stories to little ones and explaining what the lessons are that Bobby and Bubba learned about people and life as they are also are growing up.
