Lady Georgina Hawthorne is not your usual well bought up young Regency Miss, well she was until she most decidedly was not, which was bought about by her father demanding she marry a man many years her senior, a Baron and a man she had been promised to since early childhood.

Thomas Worthington is a handsome man in search of a wife. She is also noted for achieving excellent matches within the Ton, for those who may be able to choose their own partners and pay for the privilege.

As time is of the essence for these two, who despite their misgivings, they have agreed to take part what seems like a series of parlour games to narrow down the field of hopeful men, as there are only three young women looking for husbands and twelve young men looking for marriage and a good dowery.

For those who enjoy the escapism of Regency Romance, with the storyline familiar and comfortable, champion Lady Georgina and Lord Thomas as they discover they have history, one that still has the power to sting.

Michelle Helliwell, in her latest highhearted and most enjoyable romance, Reclaiming the Lyon has spun a very fine tale of love, romance, dastardly plots with a lot of fun, as both Georgina and Thomas learn a lot about love, life and friendship, Regency style.
