An amusing thought provoking book delving into our addiction to being connected.

I read Hamlet’s Blackberry each morning as I sat on the train surrounded by people obsessively staring into their phones or plugged in by head phones, which punctuated the points being made in the book.

Written with great humour the book explores Power’s own relationship with being “poked”, delves into the teachings of seven philosophers who who explored social interaction, and offers solutions for “Disonnectopia” (an internet Sabbath).

A great read for geeks and non-geeks alike
