“High Heels” is a complete breath of fresh air to a genre of spiritualism which of later years has tended to take itself very, very seriously indeed!

Staunch feminist that she is, and makes no apologies for, Grist injects a lot of fun, energy, love and downright good sense (often from a feminist perspective) into encouraging you to revamp your entire take on spirituality. And if you don’t have a spirituality to revamp, how to get one!

Set amongst the pages are little tests for you to do – nothing too tedious mind you, to encourage you to try out the tips you are being offered. All the while you are being offered a feather duster to dust off the cobwebs, raise your consciousness and begin living in a rich and encompassing manner; which after all is simply there for the asking.

Using her life experiences to deliver the message, she deals with excess happiness (yes, you can have that) excess trauma and all the other little bits in between. Each area addressed is contained in a chapter, so should you feel you need a revisit to one particular subject it is all there for you easily rediscover.

“High Heels” is great fun to read, great fun to try out the various little “projects” and even better fun when you realise the little test and projects really do work. Try one for yourself.

Filled with warmth, fun, realism, laughter and encouragement you will discover how you can manifest a richly fulfilling spiritual life, just for you.
