Big, bold, and just what you would expect with a Dinosaur book, Dino-Baby serves to help littlies try and understand what changes occur when a new baby joins the household. Apparently rough and tumble is out and being quiet is very important.

Great text on selected pages “stomp” and “clomp” and how would a dinosaur book worth its salt not be complete without getting to utter “Raaaah” very loudly.

I love that mummy dinosaur is wearing heels. Also there is hope for an older sibling as dino-pups actually turn into pretty cool dinosaur playmates.

My almost 4 year old did become a little sheepish when we were discussing why it was helpful for the big sister to follow some of the “new baby” instructions, as many a time being quiet is just far too hard, when being loud gets a much better reaction!

I’m very sure we have our own Dino big sister in our house sometimes.

It’s great, noisy, fun reading but not for when you need to be quiet!
