Intriguing, interesting and not at all as expected, this offering from well know Irish pianist Josh Johnston proves to be as ethereal and misty as the picture on the cover of the album.Lured in by Peace you think this is going to be one of those new age type albums but wait..

Listen a bit longer and you hear the beat of country Irish followed by one delightful catchy jazz rhythm piece The Late Train – my particular favourite.

Self-confessed as a musician who loves to improvise, this becomes apparent the further into the album you travel and the more relaxed and involved into the music you become.  Johnston says he enjoys playing in the dark as he finds he becomes one with the music and on this album you can’t help but join him and become one with the music!
