This is a well-intentioned book that provides not only a logical basis for why we all need awakening due to the planet’s demise but also useful practices grounded in spirituality to grow the tools necessary for transformation

Isira claims that she was born with awakened awareness and has been driven by a need to support humanity to awaken into wisdom and love and transform the world. This book is a nice counter balance to promote connectivity and consciousness in a mad world that is increasingly being run by narcissists and psychopaths. Isira has a profound belief that post industrialisation we have done the world’s natural resources profound harm and that outer world is much a reflection of what is going on inside every one of us. Thus Isira believes the way through countering the destruction in our world is to engage in the process of spiritual maturing.

Once convinced of a rapid need for change, the book provides the tools to experience a deeper engagement and experience of life, with” the wisdom of an embracing heart that holds no boundaries. The more you experience this unity the more you will awaken” Through awakening we see that the cause of all suffering and fear is our perceived disconnection.

The section part of the book provides the journey for transformation and understanding your true nature and potential to live a life of love and harmony.

If you are new to “the path” this book provide useful information on preparing for meditation through catharsis to mobilise whatever has been suppressed, to “move the madness”. Isaris suggests that most therapies reinforce the ego and all that has been suppressed can be mobilised by using the motions of energy and expression.

Meditation can be attempted once the body and emotions have let go and then the full benefit of meditation can be realised, by connecting with the breath. Other useful practices are explored such as being centred, flowing with energy, witnessing, self-reflection, practising self-reflection and being in the now.

Once these essential practices have been mastered you are ready to experience love and connection and be of service to the world. This book is a great insight into Isira’s methods and beliefs and is congruent with many of the world religions and philosophies. An empowering read and a great self-help book.
