Following on from the hit TV series Making Couples Happy is the book based on the eight week intensive relationships program carried out in a very public forum, specifically to help couples restore that certain something back into their lives once again.
Four couples, each experiencing a down time or downright devastation of their marriage very bravely put their hands up to be a part of this pioneering program, in the desperate hope that whatever was wrong could be made right again: thankfully in all cases they were all placed on the road to making things right with some very unexpected bonuses for each of them.

Facing an emotional rollercoaster and very unsure of the final outcome, and that goes for professionals working with the couples as well, the outcome of the program was not only to help four couples but to make people more aware of the fact that relationship counselling can be a positive thing in your life; that it can definitely improve not only a perhaps sagging relationship but open a few doors into personal improvement as well.
Divided into three specific sections the chapters deal with getting to know you and what’s wrong with the relationship along with strategies to work on to improve the relationship.
Section one deals with all the issues that have lead the relationship to the state it is in.
Section two starts setting the strategies that will help you towards achieving a happy and fulfilling relationship with your partner and of course the third section wraps up the entire process with couples sharing their journey towards happiness with you.
People from all avenues of life will readily identify with the highs and lows detailed by our couples and often times relate them to their own relationships.
Hopefully the four simple techniques outlined in the book, that of talking, supporting, connecting and dreaming will help you on towards a happier and more fulfilling relationship with your loved one.
