Zoe Sallis set out on a quest in a moment of inspiration completely unsure as to whether she would be successful in her endeavours but determined to try anyway.

The quest was to find a suitable number of famous people who would be happy to answer the ten eternal questions of life such as What is your concept of God, Is there an afterlife, What is your moral code to right and wrong and the other 7 questions everyone ponders.

Interviewing such people as His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Bono, Nelson Mandela, Alfredo Guevara, David Frost and Gore Vidal to name a few she has given us an insight into how people from diverse areas of life view what many would consider basic fundamentals of modern life. It is interesting to read the differing aspects on the most eternal questions we all ask ourselves at least twice or more over our lifetime.

Fascinating, insightful reading, the words from the famous give food for reflection, while all the while allowing us to ponder the imponderable in-so-far as that it does not matter who you are the answers to many of life’s tricky questions are the same.

As in the words of the immortal Peter Ustinov (Actor) reflecting on What has life taught you so far:

“Life has taught me that it is a wonderful adventure”.
